Shipping & returns

Orders that are shipped to our clinic, can be picked up normally within one to two business days.  We have limited storage space so please try to pickup the order within 7 days.  Any errors on orders that are shipped directly to your home will need to be brought to the clinic for a refund/return.  Any returns MUST be made within 5 "business" days from the date of shipping or there may be a 10% restocking fee charged.

Orders received to your home that are damaged to due weather, cannot be returned for a refund.  

Orders that are stollen after delivery from your step will not be the responsibilty of Windermere Veterinary Hospital.  If it cannot be signed for then you can pick up at purolator.
